- Object Guild is seeking motivated and knowledgeable computer science
- students to participate in our intern program. If you are selected
- for this position, you will have an opportunity to work alongside
- senior object-oriented professionals in the design of applications
- using object database management systems (ODBMS's). Currently Object
- Guild is building applications in health care, WEB-based
- point-of-sale and cataloging, and other industries.

- Designing and developing reusable Smalltalk/Java/C++ components

- Working with Object Guild's repository experts to architect
- distributed database mechanisms

- INTERN REQUIREMENTS:

- Completed majority of core CS and MATH courses
-
- Strong in CS foundations (e.g., graph theory, data structures,
- automata, algorithms, and programming languages)

- Familiar with Windows and/or Unix
-
- Enjoy learning and working with new programming languages
- (e.g., Smalltalk, Java, C++)
-
- Enjoy learning about Object Database Management Systems (ODBMS's)
- (e.g., Versant, ObjectStore, Objectivity DB, others)
-
- You will be requested to provide transcripts as part of the
- interview process.
